The Senior Advisor on Food Security and Livelihood (FSL) provides overall strategic leadership and advanced technical guidance across LM’s FSL portfolio spanning humanitarian response and long‑term development. The role drives portfolio strategy (including climate resilience and youth economic empowerment), program quality, resource mobilisation, and evidence‑based advocacy, ensuring alignment with LM’s Roadmap 2030 strategy and with global standards. It also promotes cross-sector integration, anchored in the One Health approach, with Education and Training, Health and Wellbeing, WASH, to deliver holistic solutions that maximize benefits for vulnerable populations.

The Project Controller provides end-to-end financial stewardship, compliance, budget reviews and donor reporting for LM International’s Sida CSO Programme and other OECD-DAC funded projects. The role ensures accurate budgeting, forecasting, expenditure monitoring, internal controls, and timely, high-quality financial reports that meet Sida requirements and align with OECD-DAC principles and LM International’s policies. Working closely with Finance, Compliance and Efficiency, Regional Hubs, and Country Offices, the Global Project Controller supports risk management, partner capacity strengthening, audit readiness, and adaptive management through reliable financial analysis and insights.

The Global MEAL Manager leads the development, harmonization, and implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) frameworks, digital tools, and standards across LM International. The role ensures that program design and delivery are digitally standardized, informed by evidence and learning, AI driven, while meeting donor expectations for MEAL. A key responsibility is to connect MEAL systems and evidence to LM International’s global strategy, operational plans, and reporting requirements for various stakeholders, including donors and governance bodies. The position fosters collaborative generation of evidence and learning with country teams and partners, promoting adaptive management, digital transformation, and accountability to affected populations.
