Fiona provides strategic direction to Integral, leads and directs the operation of the Alliance, and works with Members and the Secretariat to design and implement strategies, structures, systems and processes to achieve our vision and mission.

Jan Eyre

Head of Disaster Management
& Programmes

Jan leads Integral’s DR process, enabling Members to work more effectively together when disasters strike; coordinates the work of the Integral Programme Group, connecting our Members and allowing them to identify opportunities to work together and share best practice. 

Sarah Larkin

Head of Communications
& Marketing

Sarah oversees Integral’s communications and coordinates the work of the Integral Marketing Group, connecting our Members and allowing them to identify opportunities to work together and share best practice, especially in disasters, in the areas of fundraising, marketing.

Amy McDonald

Impact and Insights Coordinator

Amy gathers, analyses and presents information in order to demonstrate the difference working together in the Alliance makes, and oversees Integral’s annual Mutual Accountability Process, one of the tools used to develop the quality of our Members’ work together.

Cressida Jones

Neglected Crises & Disaster Response Coordinator

Cressida supports Jan with disaster responses and leads Integral’s work on Neglected Crises, working with Members to pilot a new approach to enable more strategic and effective collaboration in crisis areas that become neglected.

Monika Fenu

Infrastructure Consultant

Monika manages the Secretariat finances, performs daily administrative and HR tasks, and undertakes governance for our statutory bodies, Companies House and the Charity Commission.
