The Philanthropy Specialist manages a major gifts portfolio. It is a key member of Medical Teams Internationals frontline fundraising team with a special focus on six figure multi-year campaign gifts, and annual gifts of $10,000 or more, to support Medical Teams Internationals strategic plans. The Philanthropy Specialist manages the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of approximately 150 households. They develop personalized strategies to maximize philanthropy to Medical Teams from their portfolio to help to carry out the organizations mission, vision, and values.
Medical Teams provides life-saving primary and secondary health care services integrated with community health in rapid onset and protracted emergencies. As a growing organization with field operations in eight countries in multiple locations, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist provides subject matter expertise and support to international programs (Global Programs, Humanitarian Response Team, Technical Team and country offices) through technical leadership and guidance. This position engages at an operational and tactical level to increase organization wide M&E technical capacities and support the country offices delivery of high quality and timely health care. This would include: review and recommendations on organization wide M&E capacity and learning plan; technical support for country office surveys and evaluations; support for on-going technical programming such as proposals, surveys or report reviews; and representation at global coordination meetings, technical workshops, and webinars.
This position contributes to the calling of the organization by writing and designing donor proposals and reports and other content for use by the Advancement team and other teams as needed, to facilitate the private fundraising of Medical Teams. This role partners cross-functionally with Marketing and Development, US Programs and Field Operations to promote the sharing of programmatic information.

The COVID-19 Program Support Officer contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by providing program support for the US COVID-19 Response Manager and US Programs Executive Director, as well as support for the US Programs COVID-19 Response team when requested. Areas of involvement include administrative support, support to the Human Resources Team with volunteers, partnership building, finance support, safety & security support, data management, proposal support, policy compliance support, and emergency response/surge capacity support for field clinics and activities.
As member of the mobile COVID-19 vaccine and/or testing team, the Clinic Assistant serves as the first point of contact and registration for patients. This individual works with a team to reach high-risk and underserved populations to provide access to COVID-19 vaccination and education. The clinic assistant adheres to current guidelines and best practices for COVID-19 vaccination, testing and consents, HIPPA and privacy laws, PPE usage, and hygiene protocols.

The Controller will contribute to the calling of Medical Teams International and oversee all finance, accounting, and reporting activities. The Controller will manage the organizations financial health by ensuring all resources are expended on the highest standards of financial management and accountability and are used to advance the mission of the organization. The Controller will support the Boards Finance and Audit Committee, and will work closely with CFO, the Executive Team, and the Senior Leadership Team.
The Financial and Business Advisor, contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by providing financial and business analytics support to drive planning and help make informed business decisions. This senior level role is expected to compile and aggregate data, create metrics related to financial health, liquidity, departmental efficiency, cost recovery, staff utilization, accounting ratios, maintain internal forecast, pipeline, indirect cost models, and coordinate the annual budgeting process. This position will report to the Vice President & Chief Financial Officer and will perform analytical and financial checks on the different project financial results and data procedures and processes. This role will be the super user of the finance ERP system and provide user training and implementation support.
Responsible for the design, implementation, and technical supervision of all MHPSS programming conducted directly by Medical Teams staff and indirectly through local MHPSS partners as part of the Ukraine regional response. Takes the lead in coordination and monitoring of regional MHPSS programming ensuring service quality, supervision, reporting, and staff and volunteer capacity building within MHPSS. Represents MTI in the relevant MHPSS TWGs in collaboration with the Ukraine Response Medical Coordinator(s) and MHPSS manager(s).
The Clinic Manager contributes to the Calling of Medical Teams International through supervision and management of the day-to-day operations of a mobile healthcare clinic. This position includes clinic and administrative functions as well as short-term and long-term planning functions of running a successful mobile clinic office. The Clinic Manager works with clinic partners and volunteer dental and medical providers on the mobile clinic.
The Program Officer is a limited duration role that contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by providing program management support to various country programs, the Program Manager(s), and Sr. Director, Global Programs. Areas of involvement include proposal development, reporting, program implementation support, monitoring, and evaluation, partnership building, finance, safety & security, data management, policy compliance, human resources, and humanitarian response.
The Grants Officer contributes to the calling of the organization through supporting the enterprise fundraising goal of providing stable and diversified funding to support the organizations growth. This position will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward foundation prospects, as well as work closely and strategically with internal stakeholders to advance the organizations strategic plan and ensure good stewardship of foundation relationships by all solicitors assigned to them.

The Program Manager (PM) plays a key role in the management, support, development, growth, implementation, and monitoring of assigned country programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Programs Director, the PM oversees a defined group of activities with particular emphasis on Protracted Crises and Displacement programs. The PM will manage one or two Country Directors/Managers as well as manage and mentor a small team of one or two Program Officers. The PM is well organized, a strong communicator, a skilled manager, a resources mobiliser, a strategic planner, and an influencer.
The Program Officer will assist the team in Moldova to provide aid to refugees and IDPs affected by the crisis in Ukraine. This support will be particularly in the areas of administration, partnerships, data management, proposals and reports, policy compliance, communication and networking, and flexible support as needed to various departments.
