Company Members
Our Company Members are the highest authority of the alliance and represent all the organisations which form Integral. Our annual Company Member meeting gathers all Members to elect the governing Board, vote on new member organisations, build engagement in the alliance and agree the budget.
Board
Company Members elect representatives from Integral’s Members to sit on our Board. Our Board is accountable to the Charity Commission and Companies House, oversees legal and financial governance and sets the strategic direction for the alliance. Find out more about our Board here.
Integral Programmes Group (IPG)
The IPG is made up of the heads of programmes for each of our Members and is accountable to the Board. The IPG faciltates collaboration in Disaster Response (DR) and coordinates all our programmes activity.
Integral Quality Assurance Task Force (IQATF)
The IQATF is made up of representatives from six Member Agencies. The IQATF ensures we are continually driving up the quality of Integral’s work. See more under our Quality Standards page.
Integral Marketing Group (IMG)
The IMG is made up of the marketing heads of all Members and is accountable to the Board. This group coordinates communication around our Disaster Responses and oversees marketing and fundraising cooperation within Integral. The IMG also provides a platform for Members to share learning.
We are registered as a Company limited by guarantee with Companies House in the UK and also have charitable status meaning we also report to the UK Charity Commission. For copies of our Annual Reports, please click here.
