Integral Alliance Annual Report 2024: Agility to Face Future Uncertainties

We are delighted to publish our 2024 Annual Report which looks back at a significant year of collaboration and development for Integral Alliance. In our 20th anniversary year, we looked back in order to learn from the past and to become agile to face the uncertainties of the future.

We continued to enable our Members to respond collaboratively to disasters. In 2024, Integral Members worked together to respond to crises in Haiti, across the Middle East and Ukraine. In these responses, they have served more than 2.6 million people, meeting their needs for food, clean water, sanitation, medicine, healthcare, shelter and cash.

Internally, in an historic moment in our 20-year history, Integral has simplified its governance structure enabling greater flexibility for participation and room to diversify our membership. In January 2024, we welcomed LM International, one of our founding Members, back into the membership of Integral. Having started in 2004 with five founding Members, we now have 21 Members based in 14 countries with work in over 70 countries around the world.

Our CEO, Fiona Boshoff writes: “Our work continues on how to tackle the issue of our fragmented response to the needs of people affected by disasters around the world. The space we facilitate and provide for our Members enables them to learn and strive together to achieve greater reach and impact in their work, particularly in disasters. In our partnership discussions we are engaging with like-minded networks and alliances, working to be flexible and agile to respond in today’s complex and ever-changing world.”
