Tearfund aims to enable communities and individuals to break out of the poverty spiral. We seek to achieve this by supporting existing community structures. The development relevance and partnership are the guiding principles to achieve the overall objective. Criteria are among other things: institutional and managerial capacity building, economical and social impact, technical and financial feasibility, efficiency of the planned implementation procedures.
