The Secretariat comprises the full-time CEO and part-time members of staff: the Marketing and Communications Coordinator, the Programme and Disaster Management Coordinator, the Information Officer, and the Support Coordinator.

The Secretariat works virtually, with team members in Belgium, and the UK.

Jan leads Integral’s DR process, enabling Members to work more effectively together when disasters strike; coordinates the work of the Integral Programme Group, connecting our Members and allowing them to identify opportunities to work together and share best practice; and oversees Integral’s annual Mutual Accountability Process, one of the tools used to develop the quality of our Members’ work together.   

Amy gathers, analyses and presents information in order to demonstrate the difference working together in the Alliance makes.

Fiona provides strategic direction to Integral, leads and directs the operation of the Alliance, and works with Members and the Integral Secretariat to design and implement appropriate strategies, structures, systems and processes to achieve the vision and mission of Integral.
 
Becky manages the Secretariat finances, oversees the IT systems, performs daily administrative and HR tasks, and undertakes governance for our statutory bodies, Companies House and the Charity Commission. 

Sarah oversees Integral communications and coordinates the work of the Integral Marketing Group, connecting our Members and allowing them to identify opportunities to work together and share best practice, especially in disasters, in the areas of fundraising, marketing and communication.
