The HoP role is to lead, develop and manage the ZOA Dorcas programme team and to deliver the country strategy and annual plans through development, effective coordination, technical support and guidance by ensuring a cohesive team spirit and motivation to perform. The HoP manages and ensures resource mobilization, prioritization, allocation and delivery. The HoP is member of the Country Management Team and also acting Country Director.
The Programme Manager is responsible for the realization of project- and programme goals in a specific ZOA country region, in accordance with applicable internal and external preconditions and standards. The Human Resources Coordinator contributes to the calling of the organization through organization, coordination, and support of human resource projects and processes. This position will maintain and manage employee records, facilitate HR onboarding/offboarding, coordinate benefits, maintain the HRIS database, and the development of reports and metrics for the HR department. This position will maintain open and professional relationships with team members, promoting a strong team spirit, and provide staff with the required HR information and support so they can successfully perform in their positions. This position is part of the Business Partner team and as such will primarily support the needs of the Business Partners; however, some coordination work for the Senior Director, Human Resources will also be included.
The Clinic Manager contributes to the Calling of Medical Teams International through supervision and management of the day-to-day operations of a mobile healthcare clinic. This position includes clinic and administrative functions as well as short-term and long-term planning functions of running a successful mobile clinic office. The Clinic Manager works with clinic partners and volunteer dental and medical providers on the mobile clinic.
The Program Officer is a limited duration role that contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by providing program management support to various country programs, the Program Manager(s), and Sr. Director, Global Programs. Areas of involvement include proposal development, reporting, program implementation support, monitoring, and evaluation, partnership building, finance, safety & security, data management, policy compliance, human resources, and humanitarian response.
The Grants Officer contributes to the calling of the organization through supporting the enterprise fundraising goal of providing stable and diversified funding to support the organizations growth. This position will identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward foundation prospects, as well as work closely and strategically with internal stakeholders to advance the organizations strategic plan and ensure good stewardship of foundation relationships by all solicitors assigned to them.
The Clinic Specialist contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by ensuring US Programs patients are cared for and by providing volunteers, staff, and clinic partners what it is needed for the patient care. This position operates a Mobile Clinic vehicle in their specified region of responsibility.

The HRT Response Specialist administers key elements of the HRTs functions including the coordination of headquarters support function to humanitarian responses; leading proposal development and submission; supporting representation at key humanitarian coordination forums and being a source of accurate and up to date information about ongoing responses for headquarters; and managing the HEAT+ course on a rotational basis. The Philanthropy Specialist manages a major gifts portfolio. It is a key member of Medical Teams Internationals frontline fundraising team with a special focus on six figure multi-year campaign gifts, and annual gifts of $10,000 or more, to support Medical Teams Internationals strategic plans. The Philanthropy Specialist manages the qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of approximately 150 households. They develop personalized strategies to maximize philanthropy to Medical Teams from their portfolio to help to carry out the organizations mission, vision, and values.

The Program Manager (PM) plays a key role in the management, support, development, growth, implementation, and monitoring of assigned country programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Global Programs Director, the PM oversees a defined group of activities with particular emphasis on Protracted Crises and Displacement programs. The PM will manage one or two Country Directors/Managers as well as manage and mentor a small team of one or two Program Officers. The PM is well organized, a strong communicator, a skilled manager, a resources mobiliser, a strategic planner, and an influencer.
The Program Officer will assist the team in Moldova to provide aid to refugees and IDPs affected by the crisis in Ukraine. This support will be particularly in the areas of administration, partnerships, data management, proposals and reports, policy compliance, communication and networking, and flexible support as needed to various departments.
